You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout. For international customers, shipping charges will be calculated automatically during checkout.
Fully paid orders will be shipped within 2 working days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time Frames
We only deliver our GOOD every Tuesday & Thursday.
Please note the following guidelines:
• Requests to exchange / credit must be made within 5 days after the item is received.
• Unless it’s a direct fault or mistake on our side , customer will have to bear following cost:
• Delivery fee of returning the item(s) to us.
• Delivery fee of sending out new item(s) to customer.
• An one off RM 3 handling fee per returned item.
• Customer is required to top up any differences of the exchanged item, if any.
• Exchange / credit will only be processed after the returned item has been received and verified.
Note:
1. All due care has been taken to ensure the quality and similarity of the clothing is identical with that as displayed. However, at certain times, the color and quality of the items displayed may not represent the actual item color which may be due to color lighting, photography lighting. As such, the items color may not represent 100% similarity to that of the pictures displayed.

International Customers
Orders for single items will be shipped via registered mail. For orders of more than one item, shipping charges based on SingPost's Air Parcel service will apply.Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight of your order during checkout. The average weight of a dress and a bottom/top is 400g and 300g respectively. Generally, the larger the order, the lower the per unit cost of shipping.
Customs/import taxes in the destination country will be borne by the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country; you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
Allow for 10-20 working days for the package to reach you. You can track the status of your mail here with the tracking number provided.
